Logging your climbs on KAYA

Logging your attempts and sends is a great way to track and measure your progress. Over time, logging your climbs gives you a good snapshot of your climbing history and how you're performing.

On KAYA, there are a few different ways you can log your attempts and sends.

1. Gesture Swipe on the Climb List

Logging your attempts and sends is easiest and quickest on the climb list. This method is great for quickly logging high volume sessions or circuits. Navigate to your destinations climb list, and swipe left to log an attempt or swipe right to log a send.

As you log you will see a counter in the top right corner of the app. This tracks the total number of attempts and sends (volume). Click this to view your Logbook and see all the climbs you've logged.
