We created KAYA to help climbers along their journey, indoor and out. Our small team has worked across the industry as setters and hold washers, front desk staff, and in management and marketing roles. We appreciate you and hope this access makes your days at the crag or training in the gym just a little smoother!

To be eligible for KAYA PRO, you must generally fall under one of these categories:

• Climbing Gym Staff:

  • Front Desk Staff

  • Coaches, Gym or Private

  • Routesetters

  • Gym Managers

  • Programs, Fitness and/or Yoga

• Local Climbing Organization Staff

• Local Affinity Group Staff

• Climbing Industry Professionals

• KAYA Community Ambassadors

Applications are generally processed once per week, however it may take longer due to support volume of any given week.
