** United States and Canada customers do not pay a setup fee. For University and Non-Profit partners, there is a one-time fee of $400 but no subscription fees after that. For International Partners outside North America, there is a one-time setup fee of $400. We will apply this fee as a credit towards your first annual billing cycle when KAYA officially launches in your region.

Yes! While our primary team and focus is within North America, we are happy to work with our international gym friends.
For our international partners, there is a one-time account setup fee of $400. After that, your gym will not pay subscription dues until we officially launch KAYA in your market.
When we launch KAYA in your market, we will apply the $400 fee towards your annual subscription dues if it falls within the 1 year window of your gym joining the platform.
Yes! You can choose monthly billing, but you get a discount on annual pricing.
Generally, it takes about a month from your initial application to launching KAYA to your community. Our team will work closely with you through the setup process ensuring a seamless transition onto Plastick and KAYA.
No. We currently do not offer pricing for web-only routesetting access. All subscription tiers include features that are directly integrated into and require the full KAYA platform, including your gym being available publicly on the app.
No! The free version of the KAYA app includes all the features that climbers need to access your gym – from the ability to receive New Set Notifications to logging their climbs, providing feedback and ratings, and uploading beta videos.
KAYA PRO is an optional upgrade that unlocks access to our expansive network of digital outdoor climbing guides as well as additional user workout + performance metrics.
Yes! Our educational and non-profit partners pay $0 in monthly/annual dues. There is a one time setup fee of $400, but after that access to the service is free.
