Gym Partner Setup Information
To help you prepare for your upcoming USA Climbing sanctioned event, the KAYA team will work closely with you and your gym’s Head Routesetter to ensure your gym is setup in advance of the event.
The USA Climbing season does not start until November 2nd, however gyms can begin the setup process to bring KAYA online for their community starting today. Gym setup is handled on a first come, first serve basis. If you are not hosting an event until later in the competition season, we will make every effort to bring your gym online as early as possible.

In some cases, the launch of KAYA at your gym may coincide with the start date of the USA Climbing sanctioned event. In the event that this happens, due to a large backlog of gyms joining our platform, we will ensure that access is granted to your routesetting team no shorter than two weeks prior to your scheduled event start date.

After you have successfully submitted the information on this form, you will be taken to Step Two to collect and upload your gym’s mapping details.
