1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of North America (US or Canada) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of KAYA, Rab, and affiliated partners, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

  • Log 10 new video-recorded ascents in the KAYA app to earn one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

  • Each additional logged ascent (with video) earns one (1) extra entry into the sweepstakes.

  • Each ascent logged must have a video attached to it via KAYA for it to count towards the challenge.

  • Entries must comply with KAYA’s ascent logging requirements.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or about April 1, 2025. Winners will be notified via email or in-app notification and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.

6. General Conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by the official rules and KAYA’s terms of service.
