John Oungst here. I'm reaching out because we’re preparing to invest in Plastick's future development and we want your input.

We've recently been researching how all of our partners best utilize KAYA and Plastick in the gym. In addition to this research, we're hoping to hear your thoughts and feedback. Your input will be invaluable to our team as we enter into this next phase of Plastick development.

What's Unfolding? 

Informed by feedback from gym partners such as yourself, and acknowledging the need for improvements, we've decided to introduce a pricing structure for Plastick. This pricing structure will enable us to invest more substantially in Plastick's refinement and development, ensuring it remains the leading gym and routesetting management tool.


Why Implement Changes Now?

Plastick's journey began before the pandemic when it was initially rolled out via a subscription service. As global events unfolded, we adapted and began offering Plastick as a free service, leveraging your marketing channels in lieu of payment. During this time of recession in our industry, we focused heavily on refining the KAYA app experience.

With KAYA's robust growth and the climbing industry's revival, we believe it's the opportune moment to start investing in Plastick again. This investment and your support will enable us to continue to grow as a business and as your partner in climbing technology.

Before we take any further steps, we’re soliciting your feedback. Our aim is complete transparency and to prevent any unforeseen surprises as we implement these changes, which include some much-needed updates to Plastick.
