LMA’s ROCKFEST 2025
KAYA is excited to partner with Leavenworth Mountain Association as the official scorekeeper for this year’s Rockfest. Get ready for a day filled with live music, delicious food & drinks, vendors, speakers, clinics, a bouldering competition, and so much more!
Step One: Register and pay for your entry fee on the RockFest Eventbrite:
Step Two: Assemble your team, check-in in-person with LMA and receive the event access code
Step Three: Have your team’s designated scorekeeper register on KAYA

How to Register your team for Rockfest on KAYA:
ONE designated scorekeeper per team, follow these step-by-step instructions:
Login or create your free account.
Search for “Rockfest 2025” challenge or click this link on mobile.
Tap on “Join Challenge” and enter the access code you’ll receive from LMA during in-person registration.
Select the category your team is competing in.
Tap on “Finish Registration.” You’re done!
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR SCORECARD
How to Submit Your Scores for the Rockfest 2025 on KAYA:
Follow these step-by-step instructions:
Use your paper scorecard to record which problems your entire team sends throughout the day
Once you’ve returned to service it’s time to log your team’s sends on KAYA for scoring
Ensure one team member has completed their registration for the challenge on KAYA
From the home screen, search for “Leavenworth” and navigate into the destination
Use the map, the list, or search to find each of your team’s sent climbs
Tap on the green ‘Log Send’ button
Tap on ‘Done’
Repeat Steps 3 - 7 to upload your team’s remaining climbs
Check your scorecard for accuracy by navigating to the “Rockfest 2025” event page

How to download the Leavenworth guide for offline use:
Follow these step-by-step instructions:
Ensure you have KAYA PRO access. All competitors who have registered for RockFest prior to Saturday morning will have received an email with a typeform to complete for free access. Newly created accounts and day-of registrants can try KAYA PRO for free through the 3-day free trial
From the home screen, search for “Leavenworth” and navigate into the destination
Tap on the download icon just below the map
Keep KAYA open while the guide downloads
The download is complete when the icon turns to a green phone icon
That’s it! Use the Leavenworth guide from Drew Schick and Kelly Sheridan without service to help navigate around the boulder field during the comp!
Remember to turn your scorecard in and finish uploading your results before 4:30pm
