How Did You Hear About Us September 2026 Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of North America (the United States or Canada, including Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Project 9a Labs, Inc. (“KAYA”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins on September 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
Complete the “How Did You Hear About Us” survey in full during the Entry Period to earn one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of times the survey is submitted. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes:

1 KAYA T-shirt
KAYA sticker pack
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $85. Total number of prizes awarded: 1. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or about September 25, 2026, the day after the Entry Period closes. The winner will be notified via email and via in-app notification to their KAYA username, and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same notification and response terms.
6. General Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and KAYA's Terms of Service, and agree that Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
