KAYA is a climbing community and product company. KAYA was founded by climbers and technologists to build the platform for climbers to share stoke and beta with each other. Our mission is to foster awesome experiences for climbers to grow and bring the climbing community together.

You

  • Growth Veteran: Your years in the growth game have turned you into a seasoned growth vet who can execute on paid & organic growth, both with direction & on your own.

  • Specialist Skills: Deep expertise in at least one of the core growth mechanisms listed above.

  • Creative Force: Write, create, edit, iterate thumb-stopping & user-converting creatives for paid & social media

  • Technical Side: You have the capability to create assets and iterate quickly but you’ll have the team support for design and engineering.

  • Climbing: You love climbing. You understand the new school, the old school, the gym, the crag, the boulders, the lifestyle. You want climbing to positively evolve and you want to drive that change and support the community. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Define it! 

  • Prioritize Efforts. We have more to do than we can do. You’ll prioritize and align the team on how we tackle growth.

  • Paid: Broaden, diversify and turn our paid channels into gold.

  • Organic: Build up organic growth via our network of gyms, influencers and outdoor destinations.

  • SEO and web

  • Data Driven: Use data to learn, prioritize, solve problems, iterate, execute, tell stories, and continually evolve and strengthen our growth approach.

  • Innovation: Use the playbooks but also come up with new, bold, unheard of, outside the box strategies and then execute, implement - bring out your genius!!
