Our newest KAYA climbing challenge is a partnership with adidas to support Kai Lightner’s non-profit Climbing for Change. Kai founded Climbing for Change last year to make rock climbing and the outdoor industry more inclusive. We couldn’t be more thrilled to support, and hope you’ll join us too!
To join the Challenge and support Climbing for Change, start by downloading KAYA, the climber’s app. Once you’re in, search for the Climbing4Change Challenge and click “join challenge.”
Entry to the Challenge is a $15 donation to Climbing for Change, and our friends at adidas will match the first donations up to $5000. Every Challenge entrant will receive 25% off an Adidas Outdoor purchase.
Your donation will get you a spot on the global Challenge leaderboard. Rack up points for every boulder you send (v1=100, v2=200, and so forth) between July 23-Aug 6. Video evidence required.
Category winners will receive a pair of 5.10 climbing shoes and 5.10 merchandise signed by Kai Lightner and other adidas climbing athletes.
Let’s dive into summer on a high. Climb hard, raise a bunch of money for an excellent cause, for Kai and for the climbing community.
